Licensed Life Insurance Sales Agent

Herkules Life is seeking licensed Life Insurance Agents to handle inbound client inquiries. We provide agents with a proprietary lead generation system, eliminating the need for cold calling. This role offers the flexibility to work remote or from one of our office locations in Phoenix, Portland, or Las Vegas.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and screen high-intent inbound advertisement calls from prospective clients.
• Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate life insurance products.
• Manage and maintain your own independent book of business.
• Participate in company training sessions and sales alignment meetings.

Requirements:

• Must possess an active Life Insurance License (Resident or Non-Resident).
• Strong verbal communication and phone-handling skills.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
