The Law Office of Cameron Hawkins (LOCH) is seeking an accomplished Litigation Attorney who can both litigate and lead, managing cases with precision, writing with clarity, and showing calm, consistent judgment under pressure.

We’re a boutique defense and commercial litigation firm built on systems, structure, and professional integrity. The attorney who thrives here will embody five key competencies that define our standard of excellence: Legal Writing, Case Ownership, Attorney-in-Office Leadership, Courtroom Presence with Systems Discipline and Business Judgment, and Cultural Fit.

  • Attorney in Office Leadership – Serve as senior legal presence and decision-maker when leadership is unavailable.

  • Cultural Fit & Collaborative Leadership – Model calm communication, professionalism, and teamwork; elevate firm culture through reliability and respect.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a civil litigation docket independently from intake through resolution.
  • Produce clear, persuasive, and polished legal work that is filing-ready and requires minimal revision.
  • Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and represent clients in hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
  • Help the team meet deadlines through consistent organization and follow-up.
  • Serve as the firm’s senior legal presence and maintain leadership continuity when the Managing Partner is unavailable.

Qualifications

  • Active Georgia Bar license.
  • At least 4 years of civil or defense litigation experience
  • Proven strength in legal writing and analytical work
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently from intake to resolution with sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Collaborative, reliable, and receptive to feedback.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Bonus opportunities based on performance and firm growth
