Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments using the latest techniques and products to ensure client satisfaction.
• Apply nail enhancements such as gel, acrylics, or dip powders with precision and care.
• Create custom nail art designs by leveraging color theory and artistic skills to meet client preferences.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Provide expert advice on nail care routines, skin health, and beauty products to enhance client loyalty.
• Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to maximize client experience.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques like hair extensions or hair threading, and product knowledge to offer innovative services.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with specialization in manicures and nail technology.
• Proven experience in nail care, including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within a salon environment.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals.
• Familiarity with color theory, retail sales techniques, and upselling strategies to promote services effectively.
• Additional skills such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, or laser treatments are a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and customer service excellence.
