Licensed Massage Therapist (On-Call)

Summary:

The Massage Therapist will provide exceptional massage therapy services to our clients, promoting relaxation, relieving pain and enhancing overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each client. Work collaboratively with other spa professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop personalized massage plans to address clients' specific concerns. Perform various massage modalities, including Swedish, therapeutic, prenatal, deep tissue and hot stone.
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction during treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
• Communicate effectively with every client, providing clear instruction, explanations and feedback. Ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines. Stay up to date with industry developments.
• Recommend relevant products or services to clients, such as skin care products or follow up appointments.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned

• 6+ months of massage therapist experience is required.
• Strong verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent attention to detail skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Florida Massage Therapist License is required.
• Dual Licensing is a plus.
