Job Title: Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Skinsation OC is looking for an experienced and passionate Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable in advanced skincare treatments, confident in patient education, and committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences and results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional skincare consultations and customized treatment plans
• Provide medical-grade aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, Hydrafacial, and other advanced skin treatments
• Educate patients on skincare products, treatment recommendations, and pre/post care
• Maintain accurate patient charting and treatment documentation
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and organized
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships
• Support treatment plan conversions and retail sales
• Stay up to date on skincare trends, treatments, and products

Qualifications:

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology License required
• Previous medical spa experience preferred
• Experience with advanced skincare treatments and medical-grade skincare lines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales confidence and ability to recommend treatment plans/products
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

• Hydrafacial
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Laser experience is a plus
• Experience with EMR/scheduling systems
