Licensed Insurance Sales Agent - Hospital Indemnity & Home Health

Looking for motivated insurance agents to sell simple senior-focused protection products: Hospital Indemnity Shield and Home Health Care Shield.

This is a commission-based opportunity with free leads, free appointments, free tools, weekly direct deposit, and vested renewals. You will focus on helping senior clients understand coverage options that can protect them during hospital stays and recovery at home.

What You’ll Sell

• Hospital Indemnity coverage for eligible clients ages 50-85
• Home Health Care coverage for eligible clients ages 55-85
• Two simple products with a clear sales process and support

Compensation
Commissions are based on the client’s issued monthly premium:

• Policies under $50/month pay 1.0x the monthly premium
• Policies at $50/month and higher pay 2.0x the monthly premium
• Example: a $57/month issued policy pays about $114 upfront
• Weekly pay via direct deposit based on carrier commission statements
• Vested renewals available once vested

Agents who consistently write issued policies can build strong weekly income. For example, at an average $57/month premium, 10 issued policies per week equals approximately $1,140/week in upfront commissions.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with assigned leads promptly
• Run the full Hospital Indemnity + Home Health conversation on each appointment
• Help clients choose coverage that fits their needs
• Complete e-applications accurately
• Maintain strong client persistency and professional follow-up

Requirements

• Active life/health insurance license preferred
• Strong phone and appointment-closing skills
• Ability to follow a proven sales process
• Professional communication and follow-up habits
• Willingness to work exclusively through our hierarchy while contracted
