Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered mental health services. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments to determine treatment needs and goals.
• Provide individual counseling and therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient sessions and progress in accordance with HIPAA and professional standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and clinical improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and active LMHC license in Indiana.
• Experience in providing individual therapy, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about interventional psychiatric treatment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with depression, anxiety, and/or OCD.
• Familiarity with trauma informed care and its role in the treatment of PTSD.

Pay: $60,000-70,000 per year
