**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counselor for adults and children to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing direct patient care under the supervision of mental health professionals.

**Duties:**

- Conduct patient assessments and assist in developing treatment plans

- Provide support and assistance to patients during therapy sessions

- Utilize telehealth platforms for virtual patient interactions

- Assist in psychotherapy sessions and group therapy activities

- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments

- Implement behavior management techniques as directed by the treatment team

**Skills:**

- Experience in child and family counseling

- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques

- Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote patient care

- Knowledge of psychotherapy principles and practices

- Understanding of medical terminology and documentation

- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations accurately

- Experience in gender issues counseling

- Familiarity with coding procedures for billing purposes
