Job Description

Oregon Care Center in Oregon, Missouri is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated long-term care team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN/physician
• Assist with care planning and documentation
• Perform routine nursing procedures (e.g., wound care, catheter care)
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care
• Maintain accurate and timely resident records
• Follow facility policies and comply with state regulations

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
• CPR certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional, dependable, and resident-focused
