Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Provide direct support to brokers and sales agents regarding licensing requirements.
  • Work closely with team members across Operations, HR, Compliance, and other departments to streamline processes and promote efficiency.
  • Support Legal Department initiatives aimed at enhancing internal systems, improving workflows, and maintaining a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a paralegal, licensing, compliance, administrative, or related role.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
