Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Lifting Appointed Person to oversee and manage all lifting operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and best practices while coordinating with teams and other departments. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing lifting strategies and ensuring the proper maintenance and servicing of lifting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and plan all lifting operations, ensuring safe execution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with team members, departments, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective lifting strategies and plans.
• Conduct regular inspections of lifting equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
• Provide training, guidance, and leadership to lifting teams.
• Investigate and report on incidents or near-misses, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and servicing of all lifting equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of all lifting activities, including plans, inspections, and incidents.

Qualifications:

• Certified Lifting Appointed Person.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards.
• Experience working on government projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in supervising and managing lifting teams.
• Proficient in using and maintaining lifting equipment and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement effective safety procedures.
• Familiarity with lifting plans, documentation processes, and industry best practices.
