Figout Agency is looking for a LinkedIn Specialist to expand our client base and drive growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, and negotiating deals that promote sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Very strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, target/ reach and client interactions
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management team

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of lead generation and business development processes and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
