About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Listings Admin to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our property listings on Air BNB Property Finder, Booking.com and Bayut are optimized to attract maximum leads and maintain top positions on these platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the functionalities and algorithms of these portals and will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update property listings on various platforms including Property Finder, Booking.com and Bayut

• Create compelling property descriptions and engaging visuals to attract potential clients

• Optimize property listings for search engines to increase visibility and ranking

• Analyze market trends and competitor listings to enhance our properties' competitiveness

• Implement strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates from property listings

• Collaborate with Marketing team to align property listings with overall branding and promotional efforts

• Monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback from potential clients regarding property listings

• Regularly review and refine listing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing property listings on Airbnb, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Booking,.com and Bayut. •

• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and online marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in using listing management tools and CRM systems.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and English writing skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
