Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in business litigation to join our legal team. In this role, you will lead and manage a diverse portfolio of litigation cases across multiple practice areas, including real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, business disputes, collection efforts, slip and falls, evictions, etc. Your expertise will drive successful outcomes through strategic legal research, persuasive advocacy, and comprehensive legal drafting. Duties
- Manage and oversee all phases of litigation cases from inception through resolution, ensuring timely and effective case progression.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other litigation-related correspondence.
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting client interests.
- Collaborate with clients to gather pertinent information and provide clear guidance on case developments and legal options.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations across various practice areas.
- Maintain meticulous case records and manage legal administrative tasks to ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
- Stay current on evolving laws.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions.
- Proven experience practicing litigation across multiple legal domains including real estate, corporate, landlord-tenant disputes, business disputes, collection efforts, slip and falls, evictions, etc, or related fields.
- Strong research skills for comprehensive legal analysis.
- Excellent writing skills demonstrated through clear legal drafting of pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Familiarity with court procedures and litigation processes in federal and state courts.
- Prior experience with legal administrative tasks such as case management systems or document organization is preferred.

Pay: $79,196.82 - $95,376.81 per year
