We are currently seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney and Immigration Trial Attorney to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent litigation skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases through all phases of litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and trial preparation materials
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Monitor pre-lit cases
• Evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants as needed
• Immigration Master and Individual hearings

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred
• Trial experience is mandatory
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) is a plus but not required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Client-focused with a commitment to ethical, effective advocacy

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
