Litigation Attorney - South Carolina Barred

Regional law firm looking for a South Carolina barred attorney. We specialize in retail collections and commercial litigation. The position may be hybrid or remote depending on candidate's location. Current South Carolina bar membership required.

The position requires the handling and management of litigation cases, including discovery, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, client coordination and court appearances. Experience with and familiarity with debt collection litigation a bonus. Excellent opportunity to join an expanding law firm with over 90 employees across four offices.

Younger attorneys have the opportunity to shadow and receive litigation training from more senior litigation practitioners, as well as, receive courtroom experience.

Salary depends on experience. Position offers health insurance, paid time off and a retirement plan with firm match.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
