About the Role

We are offering a talented and experienced Senior Associate to join the Commercial Litigation team. You will lead complex disputes, manage client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers, all while working alongside industry recognised Partners in a collaborative and high performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, insolvency, and shareholder actions.
• Provide strategic legal advice and advocacy in superior courts.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals.
• Contribute to business development and client engagement initiatives.

About You

• Minimum 5 years PAE in commercial litigation.
• Strong technical skills and a strategic mindset.
• Proven ability to manage files independently and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
