We’re looking for an experienced Complex or Construction Litigation Paralegal to join our Sarasota team and help support our attorneys with complex business and construction cases. If you enjoy digging into details, keeping cases organized, and being a go-to resource for a busy litigation practice, this could be the right fit for you.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with attorneys on business or construction litigation matters from start to finish.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and other case documents.
• Organize case files, manage deadlines, and keep things moving.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Help prepare for hearings, depositions, and trial.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (complex business or construction litigation a big plus).
• Strong knowledge of Florida courts and e-filing.
• Someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support tools.
• A paralegal certificate or degree is helpful, but solid experience is just as valuable.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
