Litigation Paralegal- Personal Injury

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury law to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research and case management skills, with experience supporting litigation processes from inception through trial. Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials related to personal injury cases.
• Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and evidence to identify pertinent information for case development.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties through effective interviewing and communication.
• Prepare summaries of depositions, medical records, and other relevant case materials.
• Maintain calendar deadlines for filings, court dates, and other critical events in litigation processes.
• Support administrative functions including data entry, filing, proofreading, transcription, and maintaining organized case databases.
• Provide executive administrative support when required to facilitate smooth office operations.

Experience

• Paralegal experience supporting litigation cases in personal injury plaintiff is required experience
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and legal documentation accuracy.
• Prior experience working in a law office environment with clerical and administrative responsibilities is advantageous.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
