Location: Ecru, MS
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Ashley is seeking a Load Planner to coordinate and optimize shuttle transportation between local facilities, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution centers. This role ensures efficient product movement, maximizes driver utilization, and maintains on-time delivery performance while minimizing transportation costs.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and assign loads departing from local manufacturing centers and/or distribution centers.
• Maintain, monitor, and update departure dates and times in software systems for accuracy.
• Track and resolve issues with drivers and loads; recommend process improvements.
• Monitor and respond to driver communications via phone and tablet.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in transportation planning or logistics preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling systems and basic computer applications.
