Job Description:
Fintrek Marketing is looking for motivated and experienced Sales Executives with at least 1 year of personal loan sales experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires proactive individuals who can promote and sell personal loan products, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service. It is a great opportunity for those looking to grow their career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell personal loan products to prospective customers
• Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits
• Explain loan eligibility, documentation, and product benefits clearly to clients
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets consistently
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in personal loan sales or banking
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi or anywhere in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred
