Job Description:
Fintrek Marketing is hiring Sales Executives – Personal Loan for its growing team in Dubai. If you’re a motivated, confident, and result-oriented individual looking to start or grow your career in the financial sales industry, this opportunity is for you.
This position is ideal for both freshers with strong communication skills and experienced sales professionals ready to earn more through high commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell personal loan products to eligible customers
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and required documentation
- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Build and manage long-term customer relationships
- Ensure all sales activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Energetic and target-driven approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
- Must be currently available in the UAE
- Field sales or outdoor marketing experience is a plus
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
