Job Summary:
The Lobby Ambassador is responsible for providing a warm welcome and assistance to all visitors and guests entering a facility. They ensure a positive first impression by offering helpful information, guidance, and support as needed.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and employees as they enter the facility
- Provide directions, information, or assistance to individuals seeking help
- Manage inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist in coordinating visitor access and appointments as required
- Monitor and maintain visitor logs and records accurately
- Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Hospitality is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of basic computer programs and office equipment
