About the Role
The Local Store Marketing Manager is the marketing partner for franchisees, helping them deploy their 1% local marketing spend through community and digital strategies. This includes coaching operators, managing local vendor relationships, and building grassroots programs.
What You Will Do
- Serve as main marketing contact for franchisees
- Conduct performance reviews and trade area planning
- Maintain everbowl’s Local Store Marketing Playbook
- Support grand openings and new store launches
- Develop local digital strategies: SEO, ads, geo-targeting
- Train franchisees on tools, budgeting, and best practices
- Build AI-powered templates and workflows
- Manage local partnerships with schools, sports, and businesses
- Monitor competitors and local consumer trends
Skills and Experience Needed
- 3–6 years in field, local, or franchise marketing
- Strong understanding of community and digital marketing
- Experience working directly with franchisees or field operators
- Proficiency with AI tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Pay and Benefits
- Salary: $70,000–$95,000
- Bonus eligible

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
