Logistics Coordinator – Job Description

Role Overview:
Responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure smooth supply of medical devices and instrument sets to hospitals.

"Zoho books" experience is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory

  • Receive, check, and store incoming stock with accuracy.
  • Verify lot numbers, expiry dates, and quantities before dispatch.
  • Update stock registers/system entries daily.
  • Track consignment stock and reconcile shortages/damages.
  • Support monthly/quarterly stock audits.

Logistics

  • Deliver and collect products/instrument sets from hospitals on time.
  • Coordinate dispatch plans with sales, operations, and theatre schedules.
  • Maintain delivery logs, challans, and stock movement documentation.
  • Ensure safe handling of devices and follow sterile/SOP guidelines.
  • Maintain vehicle logs and ensure proper usage.

Requirements

  • +2 / Diploma / Degree.
  • 1–2 years of logistics or inventory experience (medical/pharma preferred).
  • Valid 4-wheeler driving licence (mandatory).
  • Basic computer skills (Excel/WhatsApp entries).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours based on case schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
