Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the perfume manufacturing and trading industry. The ideal candidate will manage daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient coordination between suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to guarantee smooth product flow and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and monitor shipment schedules (import/export).

· Prepare and review shipping and customs clearance documents.

· Follow up with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure timely delivery.

· Maintain accurate records of shipment status and logistics documentation.

· Update and manage data in the ERP system related to inventory and shipments.

· Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and production teams to align logistics timelines.

· Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations.

· Support cost optimization and continuous improvement in logistics processes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

· Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.

· Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.

· Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or similar).

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
