Location: Remote (Pakistan)
Department: Operations
Reporting to: Operations Manager (UK) / Lead Shift Coordinator
Hours: 44 hours per week (shift-based)

About the role:
We are seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator (Live Operations) to join our young and dynamic team. This is a fast-paced, operational role where you will support day-to-day delivery performance by coordinating drivers/riders and zones in real time, solving issues as they happen, and keeping our teams aligned via phone, messaging groups and Slack.
You’ll work closely with the Lead Shift Coordinator and Field Coordinators, supporting live execution across our UK operations. If you’re highly organised, calm under pressure, confident communicating with large rider groups, and comfortable working with data in spreadsheets, this role is for you.

Shift pattern & working hours (UK time):
Our operation runs Sunday to Saturday (7 days a week). You will be expected to work Saturdays and Sundays (rota-based).
Hours of operation vary between 06:00 and 00:00 (midnight) UK time, and your shifts will be scheduled within this window depending on operational needs.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
  • Support the Lead Shift Coordinator and Field Coordinators with driver/rider coordination and zone management.
  • Lead and coordinate 50–100 Driver/Riders, ensuring the right coverage and smooth running of daily operations.
  • Provide fast, professional support to rider queries via phone and messaging groups (e.g., WhatsApp/Telegram), keeping communication clear and structured.
  • Resolve customer/ops queries via Slack channels and over the phone, escalating when required and documenting outcomes.
  • Speak with riders regularly to understand issues, remove blockers, improve attendance, and maintain service standards.
  • Supervise riders’ hours, shift confirmations/approvals, payments support, and general administration.
  • Support operational performance and protect key KPIs, including Collection On-Time indicators and other live metrics.
  • Maintain accurate logs/trackers and ensure strong shift handovers (open issues, actions taken, next steps).
  • Complete a range of ad hoc tasks to support the team and keep Live Ops running smoothly.
Requirements:
  • University degree (however, we will consider equivalent professional and life experience).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Stress-resistant: able to stay calm, prioritise, and make decisions in a live, fast-changing environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and willingness to “get your hands dirty” when operations need it.
  • A driven and coolly confident approach with the ability to build credibility and day-to-day team leadership.
  • Relentless work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile when required (peaks/incidents).
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, plus Google Drive / Google Sheets, with a keen eye for data accuracy and trends.
  • Health & Safety knowledge is a plus (we will train you).
  • Multi-drop logistics / last-mile experience is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) for working with UK stakeholders and rider teams.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working setup.
  • A clear criminal background check is required (the company will carry this out if one is not already in place).
Benefits:
  • Full training & induction provided
  • Paid training
  • 44 hours/week
  • Payments made to your bank account in Pakistan
  • Flexible hours (rota managed via an online app so you can track your schedule)
  • Career opportunities and potential to progress within the business
  • Join a fast-growing company with a young and dynamic team
