Logistics Executive – Job Description

Role Overview:
Responsible for timely delivery and pick-up of medical devices and instrument sets, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with hospitals and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect products/instrument sets from hospitals on time.
• Verify quantities, lot numbers, and expiry before dispatch.
• Maintain delivery logs, challans, and stock movement entries.
• Coordinate daily dispatches with sales, inventory, and operations teams.
• Follow company SOPs for sterile handling and product safety.
• Ensure proper vehicle use and fuel log maintenance.

Requirements

• +2 / Diploma / Degree.
• 1–2 years logistics experience (medical/pharma preferred).
• Valid 4-wheeler driving licence (mandatory).
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

• Punctual, responsible, organised, and professional.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
