Job Description

Role: Logistics

1. Arrange transportation and logistics scheduling and route planning.

2. Coordinate with Drivers to ensure timely delivery.

3. Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage stock levels and storage space.

4. Prepare and maintain accurate records of bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.

5. Monitor and manage logistics costs to stay within budget.

6. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.

7. Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.

8. Analyse data to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with occasional visits to Factories and Sites
  • May require occasional travel to meet with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
