Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Local Dispatch:
- Co‐ordination with sales & Service team for the Dispatch & collect all the papers to organise the same
- Preparation of dispatch documents – Tax Invoice/Delivery challan/E‐way bill
- Preparation of Internal Tax Invoice.
- Co‐ordination with Transporter as well as wooden box makers for rate.
- Organise Local transport to send the goods at the transport location.
- Sharing the Dispatch documents as Docket etc. to respective customer or sales team.
- Eway Bill Inward & Outward of Demo Machines
Import Logistics:
- Prepare E‐way Bill as per Bill of Entry
- Co‐ordinate with Order department for arrival of goods to organise the loading & unloading.
- Loading /unloading of goods & giving the acknowledgement to the transporter
- Checking the goods as per Bill of entry & Import Invoice.
- Checking of E‐way bill every day from GST portal for updation of Part B.
Inventory:
- Physical stock every month end.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
