Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Logistics Executive to join our team in Al Quoz, UAE. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in purchasing and logistics, with a strong background in eCommerce and expertise in using the Odoo system for inventory management and procurement. Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement: Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, goods, and services.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Inventory Management: Use Odoo to track stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure efficient warehouse management.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any issues.
• Cost Optimization: Monitor procurement and logistics costs, and suggest improvements for cost reduction.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Manage all purchase orders, delivery receipts, and necessary documentation through Odoo.
• Reporting & Analysis: Use Odoo to generate reports on inventory, procurement activities, and supplier performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in purchase and logistics management, with a background in eCommerce.
• Proficiency in Odoo system (ERP) for inventory management, procurement, and reporting.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE customs regulations and logistics operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other software tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary between 4,000 and 5,000 AED per month.
• Full-time role, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
