Logistics Faculty / Trainer

Job Title: Logistics Faculty / Lecturer – Logistics and Supply Chain ManagementJob Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Logistics Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and related subjects. The faculty member should inspire and educate students through engaging teaching methods and industry-relevant content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures and workshops on logistics and supply chain topics.
• Develop course materials, syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
• Teach undergraduate or diploma-level courses in logistics, transportation management, inventory control, procurement, etc.
• Guide students in practical case studies, projects, and industry research.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate real-world examples into lessons.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in curriculum development and program reviews.
• Mentor and support students in academic and career development.
• Coordinate with industry professionals for guest lectures, internships, and placements.
• Engage in departmental meetings, faculty development, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior teaching experience in logistics or a related discipline (preferred).
• Industry experience in logistics/supply chain management is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using learning management systems and digital teaching tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in academic curriculum design or training program development.
• Ability to engage students through practical examples and simulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
