About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Freight Broker to join our logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating freight rates, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Both freshers with strong communication skills and experienced brokers from logistics already working are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, transport companies, and logistics partners
• Source and onboard reliable carriers / trucking companies
• Negotiate and finalize freight rates with clients and carriers
• Coordinate shipment pick-ups, tracking, and timely delivery
• Maintain shipment records in CRM/TMS system
• Monitor and resolve shipment issues, delays, or exceptions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and customer requirements
• Generate business through outbound calling, networking, and market research
• Maintain strong follow-ups and provide regular shipment updates to clients

Skills & Qualifications

✔ Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English mandatory, additional languages a plus)
✔ Strong negotiation and networking skills
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Basic understanding of supply chain, trucking, and freight transport preferred
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, CRM/TMS tools (training will be provided)
✔ Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn

Preferred Background (Not Mandatory for Fresher)

• Experience in Domestic/International Freight Brokerage
• Logistics, Transportation, Trucking, 3PL, Freight Forwarding roles
• Familiar with FTL, LTL, Reefer, Container, Air/Sea freight operations

Pay: ₹15,425.87 - ₹70,432.35 per month
