WOW VIR is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our last-mile delivery operations, vendor coordination, and 3PL partnerships in the UAE. If you have logistics experience in fast-paced e-commerce or delivery companies and know how to build contracts with delivery partners — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order fulfillment and delivery operations
• Establish and negotiate contracts with instant delivery services
• Monitor SLA compliance and optimize delivery performance
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely order dispatch and accuracy
• Work closely with the tech and operations teams to enhance processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years in logistics, delivery, or last-mile operations in Dubai
• Proven experience dealing with fast delivery platforms and 3PL contracts
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Familiarity with logistics software and order management systems
