Key Responsibilities
Government Relations
Manage all government-related documentation, including company registration, Saudization compliance, chamber of commerce, municipality, and GOSI matters.
Coordinate and process employee visas, iqamas, renewals, and exit/re-entry permits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government regulations relevant to automation and technology sectors.
Liaise with ministries (MoL, MoI, SAGIA/MISA, etc.) to ensure legal and operational compliance.
Corporate Communication & Public Image
Coordinate local events, exhibitions, and industry forums to showcase the company’s innovations in automation and robotics.
Serve as a communication bridge between the Saudi office, local stakeholders, and the regional headquarters.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with government officials, business partners, and industrial associations.
Represent the company in relevant public and industry forums.
Provide strategic insights on local market trends, industrial initiatives (e.g., Vision 2030, smart manufacturing), and potential collaborations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a PRO or in government relations within Saudi Arabia.
Prior experience in the industrial automation, engineering, or manufacturing sector preferred.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
Strong network and understanding of Saudi governmental procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Attributes
Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 and its impact on industrial automation and AI.
Experience in media relations or technical communication.
