🔹 What Youll Do

• Manage and monitor end-to-end logistics operations, including shipments, customs clearance, and warehouse coordination.
• Ensure timely deliveries by liaising with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and conduct regular audits.
• Optimize logistics costs through route planning and vendor negotiations.
• Implement and improve standard operating procedures for supply chain management.
• Analyze logistics metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and delays with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with 3PL companies to manage operations.
  
  

🔹 Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency with logistics management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience in logistics within the UAE/GCC region.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
• Professional certifications (CSCP, CPL, etc.).
• Background in e-commerce or FMCG logistics.
