Logistics Operator Bilingual Chinese / English

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Review and ensure all bills of ocean freight, air cargo, and other related invoices are accurate processed in time.

-Communicate and interact with our overseas shipping team, US office, carriers, vendors, and customers, as well as warehouse and customer service representatives to ensure proper order status, delivery arrangements, and service.

-Create best practices and SOP for all imports, domestic, and export shipping via carrier air, ocean, or rail.

-Trace, track, and expedite shipping/delivery processes including Arrival Notice data entry, rate verification, Customs documentation, and others. Organize shipping and receiving files, both manually and electronically.

-Work with Accounting Dept and customs broker to ensure shipments are cleared on time.

Position Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree is required.

-1+ years of experience in a Freight forwarding operation or 3PL is preferred.

-Must be detailed orientated, highly organized, and able to multi-task.

-Must be a team player, confident and self-driven.

-Must have an authorized work permit in the US.

-Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
