We are currently looking to hire a Logistics Officer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role

We seek a proactive Logistics Officer to optimize the movement of goods, materials, and resources across our operations. This role ensures efficient coordination, documentation, and delivery of critical supplies, with a focus on supporting time-sensitive projects. Prior exposure to fast-paced industries like real estate development or construction is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, vendor deliveries, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation (e.g., bills of lading, customs forms).
• Collaborate with procurement, project teams, and suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve delays, and implement cost-saving solutions.
• Support warehouse management and site logistics for project-specific material flow.
• Leverage logistics software (e.g., SAP, TMS) to streamline operations.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on logistics, supply chain, or operations experience.
• Proficiency in logistics software, MS Excel, and data management.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
