You Will:
Be responsible for the full cycle of shipment arrangements from placing bookings with vendors to final delivery for both domestic and international shipments.
Look for ways to decrease transit time on urgent freight requests while being cost effective.
Keep track of all milestones for freight moving through the expedited process.
Partner with merchandise vendors, domestic carriers, and DC locations to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Collaborate with internal teams, transportation providers, and warehousing to ensure seamless handoffs of critical shipments.
Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily operations and escalate issues that may cause shipment delays.
Communicate critical information to internal and external partners in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Proactively identify problems and implement appropriate solutions quickly.
Analyze and monitor KPI performance and manage data reports while owning performance metrics that drive business results.
Compile and present data analysis to management, measuring performance criteria for carriers, vendors, and internal operations.
Hold meetings with vendor teams via phone or web conferencing to troubleshoot issues and coordinate timely shipments.
Ensure proper approvals and financial governance policies are followed for expedited shipments.
Provide exceptional responsiveness and attention to detail.
Work within ERP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Be open to working extended shifts when supporting expedited shipments.
You Bring:
3–5 years of Logistics and/or Supply Chain experience.
International import/export experience, preferably with a 3PL.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple shipment activities efficiently under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal customers, external suppliers, and 3PL partners.
Strong conflict-resolution skills to resolve shipment-related issues and ensure on-time delivery.
Exceptional attention to detail, catching discrepancies often missed by others.
Ability to make real-time decisions with minimal guidance.
Critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, Smartsheet, and at least one year of experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS); SAP experience is a plus.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
