<div><ul><li>Ensures that resident care policies and procedures are followed by nursing service personnel in compliance with center quality standards</li><li>Observes and assesses residents on assigned unit and makes appropriate nursing decisions</li><li>The ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>Valid and current state LPN license</li><li>Excellent customer service abilities including effective listening skills</li><li>Critical thinking skills</li><li>Decisive judgment</li><li>Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Must be covid vaccinated plus the booster</li></ul><ul><li>
