What You'll Do
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring residents’ health and reporting changes to the care team.
- Collaborating with staff to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
- Building strong relationships with residents and their families to provide exceptional care.
What We're Looking For
- A valid LPN license.
- At least 1 year of experience in a nursing or caregiving role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- A commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude.
