LPN Memory Care

Overview

We’re growing and looking for compassionate and dedicated LPNs to join our healthcare team. Participate in the delivery of resident care in accordance with community systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. Responsible for ensuring that the highest quality services are delivered in a customer-service, caring environment.

Location

• The Vincent Senior Living
• Night Shift 7pm-7am

Primary Duties

• Provides residents with nursing services and administers medication and treatments in accordance with physician’s orders and within state licensure regulations
• Documenting and reviewing medication and service plan for accuracy and compliance with physician orders, professional standards, federal and state regulations and with facility policy/guidelines.
• Observes residents, charts and reports changes in resident’s condition as needed
• Answers residents calls and determines appropriate action
• Supervises staff as assigned and observes job performance of assigned staff for ongoing performance management.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• One or more years of nursing experience, preferably in assisted living/memory care community
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
• Understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with nursing duties.

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
