Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The LVN will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting our nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and home community care practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LVN license in California.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related setting.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication skills, both with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required for home visits).
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making capabilities.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
