Machine Maintenance Technican

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Maintenance Technician to handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of factory machines and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on production machines.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Repair and replace faulty components on time.
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and machine history records.
• Ensure machines run safely and efficiently to support production targets.
• Coordinate with production teams for maintenance schedules.
• Follow safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
• Assist in machine installation and commissioning when required.
• Requirements
• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in machine maintenance (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of PLC basics is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and during urgent breakdowns.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
