The opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our Dubai production team. This hands-on role focuses on operating and maintaining plastic injection molding machines and electronic assembly equipment to produce ENTTEC's high-quality product range.

What you'll do

Plastic Injection Molding Operations:

• Run vertical moulding machines independently and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on machines and moulds
• Commission new molds, plastics, and materials for production
• Monitor machine performance and report required improvements to the Production Manager

Electronics Assembly & Testing:

• Install units and printed circuit boards (PCBs) to company specifications
• Diagnose, repair, and replace defective units
• Test and program assembled units
• Conduct quality inspections through visual checks and testing

General Production Support:

• Mechanically assemble final products
• Provide technical assistance to production team members
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Keep all tools and machines fully operational

What You'll Need

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 2 years industry experience (at least 2 years in UAE)
• Proven experience in plastic injection moulding or similar machine operation
• Background in manufacturing or electronics environment
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and spare parts

Technical Skills:

• Ability to operate machines independently and solve problems
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Quality-focused approach to production

• Ability to prioritize and work unsupervised
• Proactive with strong organisation and initiative

Desirable:
