Position Overview:

The Maintenance & Cleaning Associate is responsible for ensuring that multiple locations in the Tampa Bay Region remain clean, safe, and fully operational. This role supports operations by performing routine Biweekly cleaning tasks, maintenance repairs (Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Tile, Ect.) and responding quickly to maintenance emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Biweekly High Dusting cleanings of 4 Bavaro Locations: Tampa, St.Pete, Sarasota, Clearwater
• Execute basic maintenance tasks including replacing light bulbs, Painting, addressing leaks, and performing simple repairs.
• Inspect the facility to identify cleanliness or maintenance needs before they become issues.
• Report major repairs, safety hazards, or equipment issues to management promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company standards.

Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation to travel an hour radius.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 40 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning practices and maintenance tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in maintenance, janitorial work, or facility operations.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
