Maintenance Coordinator

• Daily cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Daily cleanliness of the exterior of the building, ie; parking lot sweep, power washing, flag maintenance.
• Assist during peak hours of operations.
• Report to the Director of Operations any repairs needed in the restaurant.
• Lead boil out process
• Nightly filter change on all fryers.

REQUIREMENTS
