Job Vacancy: Maintenance Coordinator / Facility Coordinator - Arab National
Location: Dubai UAE

Salary: up to 6000 AED (Final offer will be after the interview)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Maintenance Coordinator / Facility Coordinator with a strong background in real estate or property management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and supervising the maintenance and repair of residential and/or commercial properties to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance and urgent repair works for all assigned properties.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between tenants, vendors, and management for maintenance issues.
  • Monitor and track maintenance requests through the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or ticketing tools.
  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of work.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and documentation for management review.
  • Ensure all equipment and infrastructure are in good working condition and that preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor contracts.
  • Support improvement projects, renovations, and other facility upgrades when required.

Qualifications:

  • Arab National, both Female or Male Applicant are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Property Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • atleast 5 years of experience in facility coordination or property maintenance, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software/tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus

Preferred Attributes:

  • Technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) are a plus.
  • Experience with managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and compliance requirements.
