Maintenance Director – Long-Term Care Facility – Warren, OH

Community Skilled Health Care is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee our facility in Warren, Ohio. This is an ideal role for someone with a background in long-term care (LTC) facilities who can maintain a safe, comfortable environment and manage a small maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for the LTC facility.

• Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems are operating efficiently.

• Supervise, train, and schedule two maintenance staff members.

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA and state standards.

• Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage repair schedules.

• Coordinate with vendors and manage the maintenance budget.

Requirements:

• Experience in a long-term care or healthcare facility required.

• Strong knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).

• Leadership experience, able to manage a small team.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
