Key responsibilities

• Equipment maintenance: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of pharmaceutical machinery and equipment, including production machines, HVAC systems, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous, efficient production.
• Preventive maintenance: Develop and execute a proactive preventive maintenance program to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
• Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to stringent pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repair, and service activities.
• Collaboration: Work with production and other teams to optimize equipment performance and support production goals.
• System management: Oversee the maintenance of critical systems like HVAC, which includes air filtration, humidity, temperature, and pressure control.
• Training: Potentially provide training to end-users on proper machine operation and basic maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Pharma Industry: 7 years (Required)
• OSD Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
